Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Neemrana. The Sales Manager will lead a local sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate pricing, and strong customer service. The Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to improve market share and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong sales management capabilities, including target setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, and customer relationship management within the automotive or related industry.
- Solid skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Experience leading and coaching a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in an industrial environment in Neemrana, with a hands-on approach to customer visits and field activities.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; familiarity with automotive products or dealership operations is a plus.
