Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Sales Manager to expand our Pressure Sensitive (PS) Labels business by identifying new customers, developing long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B selling skills and preferably have experience in the labels, packaging, printing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or industrial products sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, exhibitions, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Meet procurement, marketing, packaging, and production teams of prospective customers.
  • Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable label solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal design, production, and customer service teams for timely execution.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Follow up for order conversion and payment collection.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits across assigned territories.
  • Represent Marks Print during exhibitions and industry events.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 2–8 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in labels, packaging, printing, flexible packaging, or related industries preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Valid driving licence
