Identify and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and self-employed professionals for Prime LAP products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
Conduct financial assessments and collect required documentation.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote Prime LAP products.

Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn new sales methodologies and product offerings.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Enthusiasm for a career in sales and financial services.
- Basic understanding of financial products and loans is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language is preferred.
