  • Identify and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and self-employed professionals for Prime LAP products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
  • Conduct financial assessments and collect required documentation.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote Prime LAP products.



  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to learn new sales methodologies and product offerings.
    • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

    • Enthusiasm for a career in sales and financial services.
    • Basic understanding of financial products and loans is an advantage.
    • Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language is preferred.
