Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets, preparing sales reports, collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development
• Strong negotiation of rates, communication, and interpersonal skills
• It'll be best if candidate has in-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding operations
• Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Understanding of international shipping regulations and customs clearance processes is a plus
