Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Amritsar. The Sales Manager will manage and achieve sales targets, build and maintain relationships with clients, and serve as the first point of contact for potential customers. They will provide consultative services to guide clients through financial solutions and oversee loan distribution processes. Additional responsibilities include mentoring the sales team, tracking market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and achieving sales goals
• Strong knowledge of Financial Services, Loan Distribution, and Housing/Vehicle Loan processes
• Skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Trend Identification
• Excellent Communication, Consultation, and Customer Service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant work experience in financial institutions or banking preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role with a motivated team
