We are an Authorised Channel Partner of York Chillers, specializing in Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and complete HVAC solutions. We serve commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu, and parts of Haryana, delivering end-to-end cooling solutions from consultation to installation and after-sales support.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and technically sound Sales professional to promote and sell VRW/VRF systems, Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, and complete HVAC solutions in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will build relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and end clients to generate business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for VRV/VRF systems and Chiller solutions (Air Cooled & Water Cooled) within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, architects, builders, and corporate/institutional clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to promote York products and complete HVAC solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
  • Coordinate with the design/technical team for load calculations, system selection, and project-specific solutions.
  • Track ongoing and upcoming projects (commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, etc.) in the territory for business development.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM records, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (service, installation, and logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing strategies in the HVAC industry.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events as required.
