Job Details

Job Title: Manager-Sales 

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Onsite (Travelling required)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 5 days a week


Description

At YourDOST, we're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Manager  to help build our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. In this role, you'll connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buying signals.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
  • Update and manage lead information accurately in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and YourDOST's offerings.

Qualifications


  • 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Cold Calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms.
