Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing corporate and leisure travel deals. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, coordinating with operations and ticketing teams, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality travel solutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Experience in client relationship management and account management, preferably within travel, hospitality, or related services.
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions and handle objections effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales plans, and work towards defined targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting for sales tracking and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a travel agency or corporate travel environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
