Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Delhi NCR, India. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee sales and marketing activities for water purification products and services, including developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing lead generation, and supporting the sales pipeline. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, distributors, and partners, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Marketing Manager will also contribute to brand positioning, promotional events, and digital presence to strengthen Aqua Technique’s market reach.
Qualifications
- Strong sales management skills, including pipeline management, target setting, and client relationship building.
- Proficiency in marketing planning and campaign execution across traditional and digital channels.
- Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and service teams and translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in water purification, environmental technology, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Delhi and Gurgaon and visiting client locations as needed.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales analytics.
