Sales Marketing Manager

Carnival Farms is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for its property in Gaurichak, Patna.

We are looking for someone who can actively drive enquiries, site visits, bookings and revenue across weddings, banquets, corporate events, family celebrations, cottage stays and property-led experiences.

The role requires strong local market understanding, good communication skills, confidence in client handling and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. The candidate should be comfortable meeting clients, coordinating property walkthroughs, following up with leads and building relationships with wedding planners, corporates, event agencies, vendors and local partners.

This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Carnival Farms regularly.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Generate and convert leads for weddings, banquets, social events, corporate offsites, stays and café-led experiences
• Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, referrals and partner networks
• Conduct property walkthroughs and explain venue options, packages and event possibilities
• Follow up with potential clients and drive booking closures
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers, decorators, corporates, schools, colleges and local businesses
• Plan and support local marketing activities, tie-ups, property visits and preview days
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, availability, packages and event requirements
• Maintain enquiry records, follow-up sheets, client databases and booking updates
• Understand client requirements and suggest the right venue, package and experience
• Support management with sales reports, revenue updates and market feedback

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, events, banquets, weddings, hotels, resorts or real estate
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Good local market knowledge of Patna and nearby areas
• Comfortable with field visits, client meetings and partner outreach
• Ability to work from Carnival Farms, Gaurichak on a regular basis
• Strong follow-up and conversion mindset
• Presentable, confident and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp communication and lead tracking
• Prior experience in banquet sales, wedding sales, hotel sales or event sales will be preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
