Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in West Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns that support sales objectives, including digital, print, and in-person initiatives. The role involves managing lead generation activities, tracking campaign performance, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities. The Sales Marketing Manager will conduct market and competitor research, refine messaging, and ensure consistent brand communication across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports, optimizing marketing strategies, supporting client presentations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations to improve sales and marketing outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations and client-facing materials.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably in a small or growing organization, is an advantage.
  • Comfort with basic CRM tools, office productivity software, and online collaboration platforms.
