Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Operations Manager (B2B) role based in Gurugram. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations for B2B partners, including insurers, brokers, and large fleet customers, ensuring smooth execution of processes across the claims and repair lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making. The role will work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to improve conversion rates, streamline workflows, and implement standard operating procedures. The Sales Operations Manager will also coordinate with external stakeholders to address issues, support account growth, and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including corporate fleets, insurance companies, dealerships, leasing companies, and other automotive partners.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Operations Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Manage service quality and operational efficiency across assigned accounts.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Network, and Customer Support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and partners.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Operations, or Account Management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the automobile, fleet management, insurance, or service industry will be preferred.
