Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Ongole. The Sales Representative will promote Anthem Biopharma’s products to healthcare professionals and institutions, ensuring accurate, compliant, and compelling product communication. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting field visits, product presentations, and follow-up meetings; building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders; and gathering market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, executing territory sales plans, and accurately maintaining records in CRM tools or reporting systems. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and distribution teams to support product launches, educational events, and territory-specific initiatives while adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications

  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities for engaging diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Experience in territory management, customer relationship management, and basic use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical or biopharma product concepts, with the ability to learn complex clinical information quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven approach with strong time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work primarily in the field, including regular travel within Ongole and surrounding areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in pharmaceutical sales).
  • Prior experience in specialty or chronic disease product promotion (e.g., autoimmune, metabolic, neurological, oncology) is an advantage.
