Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Noida. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations and demos, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contract terms in alignment with company guidelines. The Sales Representative will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction, track sales activities in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in outbound and inbound sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the capacity to explain solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, video conferencing) to manage leads and client data.
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships, handle objections professionally, and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in PR, media, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
