Novatio Digital is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through social media marketing, performance advertising, content creation, branding, website development, and creative production. We work with clients across industries including jewellery, real estate, restaurants, furniture, healthcare, fashion, and more.

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the agency's growth.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Present company services and prepare customized proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident in making cold calls and handling client meetings.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
