Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the Quarterly/Monthly Revenue Target of the Supermarket System in charge
- Implement & Monitor business activities at the supermarket: Promotions, display & communication activities and product launches
- Build & Maintain relationships at ST: Optimize the amount of goods stocked at ST, support good display locations
- Coordinate and Monitor the work of PGs: recruitment, training Sales Skills, display instructions, promotional goods management
- Collect information and make reports on competitors and performance results for the Management Level
- Spend 90% of time in the market to build relationships with customers, control and implement activities at the Supermarket
- Plan orders and Sales every week/month and monitor implementation
- Grasp the sales speed of product categories, the release speed of promotional products, closely monitor inventory at each supermarket to ensure that goods are not in short supply on the shelves
- Supermarket operations management: monitor compliance with contracts signed with ST & reality: manage market share, debt
- Closely manage Customer Order and Delivery information and coordinate well with Functional Departments to improve service quality and promptly respond, handle interactions between customers and internal Departments/Divisions
