ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retails Sales Associate to join our demand team. The ideal candidate will engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting the right refurbished two-wheeler. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth in-store operations.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations professionally.
• Maintain proper store appearance, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Support in staff training, onboarding, and performance improvement activities.
• Track sales reports, attendance, and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with management for smooth store operations and target achievement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Assist in planning promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Maintain discipline and positive team culture within the store.

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Graduation preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail sales and team handling.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.
