Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Vadodara. The Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs for new and existing sales team members, ensuring alignment with BMW brand standards and dealership goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-floor training sessions, role-plays, and product demonstrations to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement. The role involves assessing training needs, creating training materials, maintaining training calendars, and tracking participant performance and progress. The Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with sales leadership to support onboarding, reinforce sales processes, and drive consistent, customer-centric selling behaviors across the team.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and proven experience delivering engaging group and one-on-one Sales Trainings.
- Hands-on expertise in Training & Development, including needs analysis, content creation, and training evaluation.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to model professional, customer-centric interactions.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or premium/luxury retail training is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort using digital tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, LMS) to support training delivery and tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Training, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
