As a Sales Trainer, you'll design and deliver training programs that equip our sales team with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to convert leads into enrolled students. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps, build structured onboarding journeys for new hires, and continuously coach the team to improve performance.


What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver onboarding training for new sales hires, covering product knowledge, pitch structure, objection handling, and CRM usage
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions and refreshers based on performance data and call/QC audits
  • Build training collateral — scripts, playbooks, role-play scenarios, and assessment tools
  • Partner with Sales Managers to identify individual and team coaching needs
  • Track training effectiveness through conversion metrics, QC scores, and post-training assessments
  • Stay updated on our curriculum offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape to keep training content current
  • Conduct mock calls, shadow live calls, and provide real-time feedback
  • Support the development of a certification/level-up framework for the sales team


What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales training, L&D, or a senior sales role with a training component
  • Prior experience in edtech, ed-services, or a consultative/high-touch sales environment preferred
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills — comfortable running both classroom and 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Ability to translate sales data/QC feedback into actionable coaching plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience building training content (decks, scripts, assessments) from scratch
  • A coaching mindset — patient, encouraging, and outcome-driven


Nice to Have

  • Experience training teams selling to parents/education decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call quality frameworks
