Job Description

Position: Salesforce Architect

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Engagement Type: Full Time

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, solution design, and enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership, and driving best practices across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrations.

Candidates based in Chennai are highly preferred. Remote candidates with relevant experience and strong communication skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
• Develop integration strategies using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party systems.
• Establish governance, coding standards, deployment strategies, and best practices for Salesforce development.
• Review solution designs, code quality, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
• Drive data modeling, security architecture, sharing rules, role hierarchies, and platform optimization.
• Support project estimations, solution planning, and technical roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach Salesforce developers and administrators.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Salesforce Consultant.
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Data Migration and Data Architecture
• Salesforce Security and Sharing Model
• Experience designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and release management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
