Position: SAP BASIS Trainer

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Onsite)

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Initial 3-Month Contract (Extendable based on project requirements)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP BASIS training sessions to freshers and working professionals.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations on SAP BASIS administration activities.
• Mentor trainees through real-time scenarios, lab sessions, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP BASIS technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and transport management.
• Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments is preferred.
• Good understanding of system administration, user administration, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior training or corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
