Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for ensuring project delivery and operation across all phases.
• You will analyze business requirements and translate them into standardized, scalable IT solutions.
• You will perform configuration/customizing in S/4HANA Finance, focusing mainly on General Ledger (FI-GL), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Lease Accounting (RE-FX).
• You will contribute to stable IT operations, including incident handling, root cause analysis, and continuous optimization of SAP Finance solutions.
• As part of our agile development team you will work on user stories, do the development and testing of new features.
• With your extensive experience in the subject matter, you will guide, coach and train other team members to build competencies for the respective modules.
• You will be assigned projects where you will have end-to-end responsibility for all deliverables.
• You will evaluate and apply AI tools and AI-supported processes to improve efficiency (e.g., documentation, testing, analysis), ensuring compliant and responsible usage.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• SAP FI/CO Financial functional expertise, including strong FI customizing (main subject area General Accounting, Asset & Lease Management including process knowledge).
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles (e.g., IFRS/local GAAP fundamentals).
• Experience in end-to-end SAP delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, operate).
• Experience working in global Application Management Service (AMS) support teams providing capabilities in ticket resolution, maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Experience in S/4HANA environments with 5+ years working on complex SAP applications.
• Agile DevOps mindset with hands‑on experience in Scrum, self‑organized work, user stories, testing & documentation.
• Integration & cross‑module awareness, e.g., collaboration with technical experts and familiarity with adjacent modules (CO/MM) and optionally BTP & Fiori
• Interest and hands-on exposure in AI tools / digital innovation in an IT context.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to collaborate across IT and business stakeholders.
