Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Summary:


The SAP Service Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting the requirement, BRD and requirement creation in service business operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Project System, and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


SAP Rollout:


  • Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
  • Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.


Collaboration & Communication:


  • Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.


User Support & Training:


  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.


Data Migration:


  • Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program


Hypercare Support:


  • Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
