Position Title

SAP Request to Service (R2S) / SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant – Global Template Rollout

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Request to Service (R2S) / SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to support global template rollout programs across multiple regions and business units. The consultant will be responsible for solution design, template localization, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities for service management processes in SAP S/4HANA.

Experience Required

  • Overall 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Service implementation and rollout programs.
  • Mandatory experience with at least one end-to-end SAP R2S / S/4HANA Service rollout in a global template environment.

Must Have Skills & ExperienceSAP S/4HANA Service / Request to Service (R2S)

  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service / Request to Service process design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in global template rollout projects, including:
    • Requirement gathering
    • Fit-gap analysis
    • Template adoption and localization
    • Configuration
    • Testing and defect resolution
    • Cutover and go-live support
    • Hypercare activities
SAP R/3 Customer Service (CS) Background

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP R/3 Customer Service (CS) module.
  • Good understanding of:
    • Service notifications
    • Service orders
    • Installed base management
    • Warranty processes
    • Service contracts
    • Aftermarket and service execution processes
Service Process Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Service master data
    • Service transactions
    • Service contracts
    • Warranty management
    • Pricing
    • Notifications and orders
    • Resource planning
    • Billing processes and integration touchpoints
    • Service analytics and reporting
Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead business requirement discussions and process design workshops.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis against global template standards.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.
  • Coordinate testing cycles, support user acceptance testing, and manage defect resolution.
  • Support:
    • Data migration activities
    • Cutover planning
    • End-user training
    • Deployment activities
    • Post-go-live support
Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to collaborate with:
    • Business stakeholders
    • Solution architects
    • Cross-functional SAP teams
    • Global and local implementation teams
  • Strong communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
Good To Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in multi-country SAP rollout programs and template governance models.
  • Exposure to SAP integrations with:
    • SAP SD
    • SAP MM
    • SAP PM/EAM
    • SAP FI/CO
    • SAP CRM/CX
    • Middleware and integration platforms
  • Experience with localization activities and change impact assessments.
  • Experience supporting global deployment governance and process harmonization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of service analytics and reporting solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Location & Travel

  • Location: Flexible based on project requirements.

    • Testing phases
    • Cutover activities
    • Go-live and hypercare support
