Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules such as:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
• Onboarding 2.0
• Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Compensation & Variable Pay
• Succession & Development
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems using CPI/BTP or middleware platforms.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Conduct UAT sessions and provide end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and release management activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
