Job Purpose/ Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Trainer to join our Learning Academy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product training, particularly in the plumbing, pipes, and fittings industry with additional experience in Sales and Behavioural training. The candidate will play a key role in building and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our sales workforce and partners towards organizational growth and improving market share.

Job Description
Develop and deliver product training programs focused on water tanks, pipes, and fitting products for internal teams, including sales workforce and external partners (plumbers, contractors, etc.. Facilitate sales process training sessions to enhance the field marketing team's sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques. Facilitate behavioural training programs that focus on building relationships, communication skills and other soft skills vital for success. Create engaging training material, including presentations, catalogues, handouts and assessments Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to ensure training objectives are met Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to ensure training content is best-in-class, relevant and up-to-date. Work Training Headsely with the sales team to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training solutions. Travel as required to different regions for conducting on-site training sessions Market visits for measuring learning effectiveness through monthly audits
