Role Summary

We are seeking an elite, versatile Ghostwriter to work directly with our founders, researchers, and executive team. In this role, you will operate behind the scenes to convert raw technical breakthroughs, system architectures, and strategic visions into publication-ready books and peer-reviewed academic papers. The ideal candidate switches seamlessly between rigorous academic prose and highly engaging narrative non-fiction.

Core Responsibilities

• Executive Voice Mimicry: Extract core ideas from founders via brief audio recordings or interviews and translate them into a compelling, authentic voice for long-form books.
• Academic Paper Synthesis: Collaborate with deep-tech engineers to draft, refine, and structure technical research papers targeted at peer-reviewed journals and top-tier conferences (IEEE, ACM, etc.).
• Narrative Architecture: Map out and execute structural outlines for 40,000+ word non-fiction manuscripts, ensuring logical flow, pacing, and clarity.
• Technical Translation: Deconstruct complex code repositories, mathematical models, and system datasets into highly digestible diagrams, abstracts, and methodologies.
• Rigorous Formatting & Citation: Manage end-to-end citation mapping and LaTeX typesetting according to strict academic publishing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Academic Background: (Desired not required) Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a highly related technical field.
• Proven Track Record: A portfolio featuring at least one published non-fiction book (ghostwriting credits, co-author credits, or mentions in acknowledgments) and at least two peer-reviewed technical papers.
• Interviewing Prowess: Exceptional capability to extract dense domain knowledge from subject matter experts (SMEs) within tight, structured interview window frames.
• Tools Mastery: Fluent in LaTeX, Markdown, Zotero/Mendeley, and standard academic publishing software.

• Absolute Discretion: Proven willingness to work under strict, water-tight Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). You understand that your name will not appear on the final published intellectual property.
