SCM - Procurement Delivery Lead - (BPO - Oil & Gas/ Energy Services)

Preferred Industry: BPO (Clients-Oil & Gas / Energy Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
• Manage Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Information.
• Drive RFx activities including RFQ creation, bid analysis, and supplier evaluation.
• Review and release Purchase Orders while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve supplier queries and expedite critical purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement master data and ensure process compliance.
• Drive procurement transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead governance meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement delivery.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing Operations.
• Strong expertise in the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, and RFx processes.
• Strong Team Management, Stakeholder Management, and Escalation Management skills.
• Proven experience in Procurement Master Data Management.
• Strong Project Management and analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• SAP, JDE, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms.
• Spend Analytics.
• Contract Management.
• Catalogue Management.
• Power BI dashboards.
• Supply Chain Planning tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, EPC, or other large-scale industrial procurement environments.
• Proven ability to lead procurement delivery teams and manage global stakeholders.
• Experience driving procurement transformation and operational excellence.
• Willingness to work in US, EMEA, or APAC shift timings.
