Screenplay Writer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Fiction Writer – Fantasy to adapt long-form fantasy stories into serialized audio scripts for the US audience. The role involves localizing stories for US sensibilities while preserving the emotional core, character journeys, and narrative momentum.

What You'll Do:

• Adapt fantasy stories into audio-first, serialized scripts
• Localize content for US cultural nuances while retaining the original intent
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead on story beats, dialogue, pacing, and character arcs
• Maintain consistency in tone, continuity, and characterization across episodes
• Deliver high-quality scripts within timelines

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in fiction writing, editorial, screenplay writing, or long-form storytelling
• Strong understanding of fantasy and episodic storytelling
• Familiarity with US audience preferences and cultural references
• Experience with long-form or serialized content is preferred
• Strong writing skills and creative judgment
