Key Responsibilities 

1. Farmer Account Management 

  • Manage farmer accounts end-to-end, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. 
  • Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all farmer account-related activities. 
  • Define and align job descriptions (JDs) for all team members and establish clear performance expectations. 
  • Design and implement a structured feedback mechanism and conduct monthly performance reviews for the team. 
  • Provide operational and analytical support to the MIS team whenever required. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. 

2. MIS and Finance Support 

  • Prepare and maintain Procurement MIS reports. 
  • Generate and analyze Farm Sales reports. 
  • Monitor and report Farmer Debit Balances. 
  • Track and reconcile Farmer Trade Loan accounts. 
  • Support month-end financial closing activities by ensuring timely and accurate data submission. 
  • Verify that all accounting entries are posted to the correct General Ledger (GL) accounts and Cost Centers. 
  • Monitor and reconcile BMC stock records and related inventory reports. 
  • Assist in preparing management reports and financial analyses as required. 

3. Key Deliverables 

  • Accurate and timely management of farmer accounts. 
  • Well-documented and implemented SOPs. 
  • Effective team performance management through regular feedback and reviews. 
  • Reliable MIS reports and financial data. 
  • Timely month-end book closure support. 
  • Accurate GL and Cost Center verification. 
  • Effective monitoring of farmer receivables, debit balances, trade loans, and BMC stock.
