Role Description The Senior Account Manager – Client Location is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery of compliance, advisory, and representation services. The person in this role will act as the primary point of contact at client locations, coordinating with internal tax, legal, and advisory teams to manage ongoing engagements, deadlines, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding, understanding business structures and cross-border needs, tracking compliance calendars, and facilitating timely filings and documentation. The Senior Account Manager will also identify opportunities for additional advisory support, prepare and review client communication, manage issue escalation, and support presentations, reviews, and stakeholder meetings. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership, periodic reporting on account health and revenue, and maintaining accurate records in line with firm standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in taxation, consulting, financial services, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of compliance, taxation, or regulatory frameworks (experience with cross-border, NRI, or corporate structuring is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with senior client leaders.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple engagements, deadlines, and documentation streams.
- Comfort working on-site at client locations, with a service-oriented, solution-focused approach and high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Proficiency in standard productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with compliance or ERP platforms is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
