ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to anchor the finance function of our steel and aluminium manufacturing group. You will manage end-to-end accounting across group companies, drive statutory compliance in close coordination with our CA and CS teams, and deliver project-wise financial visibility across tenders, work orders, and contracts. This is a high-ownership role demanding deep practical knowledge of manufacturing-side accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Accounting across all group companies including ledger maintenance and monthly closings

•     GST return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC) management

•     TDS / TCS return filing (24Q, 26Q), compliance tracking and certificate issuance

•     Day-to-day bookkeeping, purchase & sales entry verification, and expense booking

•     Vendor and customer reconciliation; debtors and creditors management

•     Monthly bank reconciliation statements across all group company accounts

•     Preparation of MIS reports — P&L, cash flow, cost tracking and management dashboards

•     Project-wise accounting and profitability tracking for steel and aluminium projects

•     Maintaining records for tenders, contracts, work orders and rate analysis sheets

•     Payroll accounting support — PF, ESIC, salary processing and statutory deductions

•     Invoice checking, documentation, filing and cost sheet preparation

•     Assistance in statutory audit, income-tax assessments and financial reporting

•     Coordination with CA / CS team for ROC filings, compliance and board-level reporting

•     Cash flow monitoring, payment follow-ups and fund-utilisation tracking

•     Ensuring timely monthly account closings and internal team coordination for accounts data

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must-Have

 B.Com / M.Com degree 

 GST return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) 

 TDS / TCS filing (24Q, 26Q) 

 Tally ERP / Prime proficiency 

 Bank reconciliation 

 Manufacturing sector accounting 

 Multi-company group books 

 MIS report preparation 

 Audit coordination 

 5+ years experience 

Good to Have

 CMA (Inter) or CA (Inter) 

 SAP / Busy / Zoho Books 

 Costing & cost sheets 

 Tender & work order documentation 

 Steel / Aluminium domain knowledge 

 Advanced MS Excel 

 Income tax working knowledge 

 PF / ESIC filing experience 

•     Compliance-heavy environment with regular interaction with CA and CS professionals

Job Details

• ⏰ Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 💰 Salary: ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
