Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 accounting and product support to CPA firms using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through voice interactions.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve accounting and product-related queries.
• Troubleshoot issues related to accounting workflows and QBO product functionality.
• Guide customers on product features, navigation, and best practices.
• Analyze accounting data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear and professional communication.
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex accounting or product issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (US, Canada, Australia, India, Gulf, or any other country's accounting).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in a voice process/customer support role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
