About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee international financial operations, banking compliance, and international remittances. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to global banking systems and regulatory frameworks across the US, Canada, and UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Oversee and ensure compliance with international banking regulations in the US, Canada, and UAE
• Handle cross-border remittances, wire transfers, and foreign exchange transactions
• Liaise with international banks and financial institutions for smooth transaction processing
• Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Manage audits (internal and external) and ensure timely closure of audit observations
• Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and budgeting

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CPA preferred)
• 8–10 years of international companies experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of global banking systems and compliance frameworks (US, Canada, UAE)
• Hands-on experience with international remittances and foreign exchange transactions
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, and banking compliance regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple bank accounts across geographies
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
