Senior AI Expert

Our client is looking for a Senior AI Expert with hands-on experience in building AI automation systems and AI voice agents used in production. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in workflow automation, LLM integrations, and voice AI platforms to develop scalable AI-powered solutions for real-world business use cases.

Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI-powered automation workflows
Develop and manage production-grade AI voice agents
Design call flows using Vapi, Bolna, or similar voice AI platforms
Build backend automation workflows using n8n
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) with APIs, databases, and CRMs
Develop AI solutions for lead qualification, customer support, appointment booking, and outbound follow-ups
Integrate with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Sheets, APIs, and Webhooks
Implement Indian voice TTS/STT (English-India, Hindi, regional languages)
Monitor and optimize conversation quality, latency, and system performance

Required Skills
4–5 years of experience in AI, AI automation, or conversational AI
Experience building AI automation workflows
Strong hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
Experience building and deploying AI voice agents
Experience with Vapi, Bolna, or similar voice AI platforms
Strong knowledge of API integrations and webhooks
Experience with prompt engineering for conversational AI

Good to Have
Experience with Twilio, Exotel, or Plivo
Knowledge of Indian regional language voice systems
Basic JavaScript for automation workflows
Experience with RAG systems or vector databases
