Role Purpose Statement The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the integrity and efficiency of Bunge's SAP Concur systems, ensuring optimal user experience, and supporting critical business processes. Responsibilities include configuring system functionalities, participating in product management activities, and providing essential documentation and training to end-users. This role requires proactive engagement to solve problems and continuously improve processes, contributing to Bunge’s data-driven decision-making and global strategy by maintaining robust and reliable financial systems.

Main Accountabilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Concur Expense types, workflows, audit rules, and cost objects (such as cost centers and WBS elements) to ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in system upgrades, comprehensive testing phases, and the successful implementation of new SAP Concur features and functionalities.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise functional specifications and workflow mappings, ensuring accurate system documentation.
• Provide effective training and support to end-users, fostering a strong understanding and efficient utilization of SAP Concur modules.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the Concur environment, enhancing operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Execute main system activities with precision and a focus on achieving important results for the organization.
• Engage in small to medium-sized projects of moderate complexity, applying specialized knowledge to deliver impactful solutions.

Technical

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur modules, including Expense, Travel, and Invoice.
• Strong understanding of ERP system integration principles, particularly with SAP or Oracle environments.
• Familiarity with middleware tools used for data exchange between systems.
• Comprehensive functional expertise in expense audit processes and corporate card administration.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles, including General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Ability to perform complex analysis and problem-solving within a system context.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of position-related experience with SAP Concur modules and financial system support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge within own discipline and a foundational understanding of related IT and financial disciplines.
