Job Description

Responsible for the implementation and enhancements to the CCD dashboards
Calibrate with CCD heads to define appropriate KPIs to monitor and improve operation performance by different level (Frontline teams, Hubs, and Department wide)
Drive integration, standardisation, automation improved efficiency and effectiveness across all systems and related processes
Ensure change management activity including process changes are planned and executed
Design, develop, test and deploy reports, dashboards and scorecards, self-service reporting for use within the department and key stakeholders
Lead and oversee the transition from a manual reporting system to an automated dashboard generation by integrating current reporting and data systems into new solutions.
Ensure timely and accurate production of required departmental reports on a daily,weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for meaningful variance and other analysis
Initiate new ideas to CCD for tracking Key Performance Metrics in a new perspective
Assess and track key performance indicators and perform trend analysis
Generate actionable analytics and insights from different data sources to support management team in interpreting findings for driving improvement plans based on areas such as but not limited to customer feedback, productivity, and sales
Design and develop interactive dashboards that are easy to understand and use by different audiences from internal users to stakeholders from other departments as well as senior management
Monitor quality and health of the data from various data sources that is used for performance tracking and decision making, therefore uphold the high-quality standard in reporting
Maintain proper documentations of processes and procedures for internal consumption
Develop, manage, and oversee digital analytics/performance practice to drive the data and insight driven culture across the CCD management team
Keep track of latest digital and analytics technology and concepts, trends of platform & tools, and suggest efficiency improvement
