Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design, managing projects, and working on the integration of various architectural and structural elements. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, preparing detailed designs, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with building codes, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autocadd, Enscape & Sketchup .
• Competence in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and team coordination, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Understanding and experience in Software Development tools related to architecture and Integration of structural and technical components into cohesive designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in on-site project execution and a strong understanding of construction processes are beneficial.
