Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Kolkata. The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architectural design and solution planning for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Daily responsibilities include defining system architecture, overseeing software development and integration approaches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and operations. The role involves reviewing technical designs, guiding development teams, performing architecture reviews, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance across solutions. The Senior Architect will also contribute to project planning, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of architectural practices and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a track record of delivering scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Integration, including guiding teams on best practices and technical implementation.
• Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical architectures and roadmaps.
• Experience working in complex, multi-system environments, ideally in enterprise or large-scale projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, cloud-native, APIs) and contemporary development practices is highly beneficial.
