Job Description - Senior Associate - Category Management
You should apply if you have:
- Hands-on experience managing a product category or brand.
- A strong grasp of assortment planning, pricing architecture, and category segmentation
- Experience building and executing brand strategies - from positioning and identity to campaigns and consumer communication.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics tools (GA4, Power BI, or similar) to drive decisions.
- Comfort working across marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto) and understanding of listing optimisation and merchandising.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you've partnered with marketing, supply chain, tech, and design teams.
- Experience briefing and driving new product development (NPD) from concept to launch.
- Genuine curiosity about the health, wellness, and nutrition space.
You should not apply if you:
- Lack experience in executing or contributing to GTM strategies.
- Are uncomfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Prefer working in a single-function role rather than a dynamic, strategic position.
- Do not have strong analytical and communication skills.
- Are hesitant to take ownership and drive projects independently.

What will you do?
- Own the category P&L - drive revenue, margin, and market share targets month on month.
- Build and manage a well-structured product assortment, identifying gaps and opportunities across price tiers and formats.
- Lead brand strategy for assigned brands - define positioning, tone, identity, and consumer communication.
- Drive new product development from ideation through to launch, coordinating with R&D, supply chain, and design teams.
- Plan and execute GTM strategies for new launches, working with performance marketing, content, and marketplace teams.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to surface insights on trends, pricing, and consumer behaviour.
- Collaborate with the performance and CRM teams to build retention and upsell strategies for the category.
Work Experience: 3-4 years
Working days: Monday - Friday
Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
