Job Role: Senior Associate - Visual Communication Design


You should apply if you have:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality social media creatives, campaign visuals, catalog designs, and A+ content.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design for D2C or eCommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media design trends, platform best practices, and visual storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of layout design, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, performance, and product.
  • A keen eye for detail, color, and brand consistency.
  • Experience designing for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace listings is a plus.
  • High creative flair with a results-oriented mindset.


You should not apply if you:

  • Do not enjoy working on structured, detailed design tasks like catalogs or listing templates.
  • Are not comfortable following brand guidelines with precision.
  • Do not have experience working on e-commerce creatives or A+ content.
  • Prefer open-ended design roles instead of output-driven tasks.


Skills Required:

  • Social media creative design
  • Campaign and performance marketing creatives
  • Catalog design and layout structuring
  • A+ Content creation for Amazon & Flipkart
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling and branding
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Product image enhancement and retouching
  • Ability to manage high-volume creative output
  • Understanding of marketplace guidelines and social media formats


What will you do?

  • Own the end-to-end design of social media creatives across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Create campaign assets for product launches, sales, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Design engaging static creatives, carousels, banners, and other digital marketing assets.
  • Develop catalog images and A+ Content for Nutrabay products across marketplaces.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams to create high-performing creatives.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all channels, product lines, and campaigns.
  • Optimize creatives for different platforms and audience requirements.
  • Regularly refresh creative assets based on trends, campaign performance, and product updates.
  • Maintain an organized repository of design assets, templates, and source files.


Work Experience: 4–7 years of experience in graphic design with at least 2 years in catalog and A+ image creation for D2C brands.


Working days: Monday - Friday

Location: Magnum Global Park, Golf Course Ext Rd, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122011
