Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline in the construction sector. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting company services, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting contract closure. The executive will manage key client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal project and finance teams to align business development efforts with delivery capabilities. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, attending industry events, and providing regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities, including experience managing key clients and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry, with knowledge of local market dynamics and commercial practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets in a business development or sales role.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
