Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in NCR for a Senior Business Development Leader. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with clients and partners, creating innovative strategies, and leading business negotiations. The Senior Business Development Leader will also play a key role in managing existing accounts, analyzing market trends, and helping the company achieve its strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and relationship management skills to identify opportunities and foster client relationships
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and creating revenue-generating strategies
- Proven ability to manage and lead business negotiations effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to analyze industry trends, competition, and potential markets
- Leadership experience and ability to manage and guide teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is highly desirable
