CoreTek Labs is on the hunt for a results-driven Business Development Manager who knows the IT staffing landscape inside-out and has the hunger to build, close, and grow. If you can open doors, build pipelines, and turn prospects into long-term partners — this role was built for you.

🎯 Your Mission

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients requiring IT staffing and talent solutions
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing services (Contract, C2H, Permanent)
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment
• Own end-to-end sales cycles — from cold outreach to signed contracts
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CTOs, Procurement)
• Drive revenue targets and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and market trends

✅ Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Must-have: Prior experience selling IT staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions
• Proven track record of closing deals with IT companies, GCCs, or tech startups
• Strong network within the Hyderabad tech ecosystem is a big plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability

• Experience with US staffing or cross-border talent solutions
• Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or HTD staffing models
• Existing relationships with IT parks, SEZs, or tech clusters in Hyderabad
