Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Senior Manager in the Pharma industry to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong client partnerships across domestic and international markets. The role involves strategic planning, revenue generation, licensing opportunities, and leading high-value business initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Build and manage a pipeline, negotiate deals, and drive sales targets to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance business strategies and product-market fit.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on progress toward revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the business development team, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at events, building brand presence and networking with industry contacts.

Eligibility Criteria
- B Pharm/M Pharm and MBA (Marketing / Pharma Management) - Mandatory
- 8-10 Years in Business Development of Finished end formulations.
- Proven experience in third-party manufacturing, licensing, and institutional sales
- Exposure to domestic and/or international markets
Salary range
12 LPA – 20 LPA.
