We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Civil Engineer with 8+ years of experience in real estate layout development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The candidate should be capable of coordinating with contractors, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Plan, execute, and monitor real estate layout development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, surveyors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams effectively.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable construction standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate procurement of construction materials and monitor inventory requirements.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and management updates.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate Layout Development Projects.
• Strong knowledge of layout development, roads, drainage systems, water supply networks, stormwater systems, earthwork, and infrastructure development.
• Experience in managing multiple contractors and large site teams.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
