Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior CRM Manager to lead and optimize our CRM function. The role will focus on driving revenue through backend CRM activities, automating customer journeys, and acting as a critical bridge between marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end CRM strategy, execution, and performance
- Design and implement CRM automation workflows to enhance customer lifecycle management
- Drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing, and retention strategies
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align campaigns, customer segmentation, and communication strategies
- Work with sales teams to ensure effective lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion optimization
- Analyze CRM data to generate insights on customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales funnels
- Optimize CRM tools and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Ensure data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and reporting consistency
- Track key CRM metrics such as conversion rates, retention, engagement, and ROI
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Proven experience in CRM automation, campaign management, and customer journey mapping
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Background:
- Experience in high-growth startup environments is a plus
- Prior experience in scaling CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
