Senior Data Analyst

Hiring experienced Data Analysts to support data-driven decision-making and sales enablement initiatives for the firm. The role involves working with large datasets, developing interactive dashboards and reports, optimizing data workflows, and delivering actionable business insights.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Experience in Data Analytics & Seismic Tool ( Configuration, create layers)
• Good to have - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx to support business decisions and monitor KPIs.
• Team leading experience is a must have
• Automation of reports is a must have
• Monitor and analyze content usage and engagement data within the Seismic platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and translate platform usage data into actionable insights.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data flow
• Aggregate, validate, and analyze seismic data, ensuring high data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Good to have - Working knowledge of Seismic or similar CMS tool
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; basic understanding of Python, R, or VBA is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Person should be willing to work from Goldman office in Bangalore.
