Job Description

We are looking for "Data Analytics Specialists" who can support our analytics and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong statistical competencies, hands-on experience with our analytics stack (Python, Notebooks, Pi Veritus), and the ability to justify and communicate their findings clearly to clients

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical research to support business decision-making.
• Work extensively with Python and Notebooks to build, test, and validate models.
• Apply strong statistical knowledge to design statistically based solutions for client questions, especially understanding and explaining distributions, variance, probability, and related statistical concepts.
• Ensure high build velocity by efficiently researching, validating, and justifying all analytics delivered to clients.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in applied statistics with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analytics.
• Experience working and managing with local Notebooks (e.g., Jupyter, Marimo, etc.).
• Comfort working in environment/tools (Polars, GCP, Marimo)
• Ability to research and provide well-justified analytical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate analytical reasoning.
