🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Architect – Databricks | Pune (Remote) | 6–8 Yrs

Are you passionate about building modern data platforms and leading large-scale Lakehouse migrations?

We're looking for a Technical Architect – Databricks to design scalable data pipelines, drive governance and security standards, and mentor the next generation of data engineers.

📍 Location: Pune (Remote)

💼 Experience: 6–8 years

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Design & implement scalable data platforms using Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake & MLflow
• Lead migration from legacy systems to a modern Lakehouse architecture
• Build batch & streaming pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and analytics
• Establish data governance, quality, and security standards
• Partner with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals
• Mentor data engineers on Databricks best practices
• Integrate Databricks with Power BI, Tableau, Kafka, Snowflake & Azure Data Factory

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and Azure
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, and Spark
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and orchestration tools (Airflow / Data Factory)
• Solid grasp of distributed computing, performance tuning & data security

⭐ Good to Have:

• Exposure to data mesh / data fabric / enterprise architectures
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Salesforce)
• Strong self-driven, hands-on approach to enabling analytics adoption

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Certifications like Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, or Databricks Certified Data Engineer/Solutions Architect are a plus
• Domain experience in Finance, Healthcare, or Public Sector is a bonus
